About the Session:
There’s 3 things I look forward to every Texas summer: abundant sunshine, family adventures and crape myrtles. Crape Myrtles begin to thrive as the temperatures of summer are on the rise. At its peak during a narrow window of time, the flowering trees are vibrant and lush decorating the streets and pathways that it adorn.
There’s this lesser known walking trail not too far from my home dedicated to the Crape Myrtles. The walking paths are laced with pink, white and red varieties of crape myrtles. I knew this idyllic location would be the perfect backdrop for this glowing mama's maternity portraits.
